The successful candidate shall possess the following skills: source selection, purchase order placement and administration in support of the Controls, Launchers and Weapons Systems program area. Duties incluse RFP development/issuance, price/cost analysis, negotiations, documentation, purchase order maintenance and interface with functional organizations and supplier management.

Basic Qualifications Experience with large, complex subcontracts Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills Strong problem solving skills Ability to multi-task Government and/or DOD procurement experience

Desired skills -Familiarity with FAR/DFAR -P2P / SAP knowlege
