Lockheed Martin Integrated Talent Solutions Sr Manager in Bethesda, Maryland

The Integrated Talent Solution Manager will be responsible for the systematic program and project management for Workforce Solutions & Intelligence (WSI) Integrated Talent Management Solutions. He/she will be responsible for designing and managing the overall WSI Integrated Talent Management Solution process from planning to implementation in partnership with the Strategic Workforce Planning Team. In addition, he/she will lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management. Ensuring project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost. Monitoring performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Solving technical and non-technical problems throughout the life of the projects, working across multiple organizational processes. The Integrated Talent Solution Manager will oversee and coordinate customized Integrated Talent Solutions designed to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain key talent. Providing timely and accurate information and status updates to WSI VP and all necessary stakeholders, end users and management. The Manager will participate in budget development and evaluating how project plan changes impact cost and schedule. Job Duties:

•Manage integrated master schedule for all Integrated Talent Solutions across WSI •Serve as the primary enterprise point of contact on Integrated Talent Management Solutioning to include coordinating the HRBP and COE stakeholders to solve for identified talent gaps •Document and manage the Integrated Talent Solutions, tracking actions and reporting results •Identify risks and develop mitigation plans

Basic Qualifications •Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 15 years of professional experience; or 13 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. •HR experience in at least 2 BAs, and 3 Talent Processes •Proven experience in change management, such as driving change throughout the organization or leading a change effort •Strong project management skills •Strong written, verbal and presentation skills •Demonstrated project management experience with ability to successfully manage project through full lifecycle (design, develop, implement) and deliver impactful results •Understanding of integrated talent solutions •Proven ability to move between strategy and execution •Strong consultative and facilitation skills •Proven track record to create programs & solutions
