Lockheed Martin Logistics Management Analyst in Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico

The successful candidate will work directly for the logistics organization located in Lexington, KY yet will be physically located at Cannon AFB, NM. This candidate will serve as logistic management analyst under the senior logistician at Cannon AFB, supporting the MQ-1/MQ-9 systems. Successful candidate will operate and manage a SBSS/IMDS interface to facilitate transaction processing. Manage a MICAP management system and submit Non Mission Capable Supply requisitions using appropriate Force Activity Designator IAW Volume 2; Part 2, Chapter 11. Order and validate requisitions and estimated shipment dates. Perform follow-up actions to the source of supply and cancel requisitions when no longer required. Manage a recycle asset control system. This will include working the Awaiting Parts program. Individual shall manage a uniform storage and materials handling system. Familiar with and manage the shelf-life program. Also, duties include monitoring and operating a supply point. Knowledgeable and familiar with Special Purpose Recoverable Authorized Maintenance assets. Individual shall be knowledgeable of the Air Force Equipment Management System (AFEMS), primary equipment custodian and monitor the system. Other duties include manage, monitor, and maintain the Time Compliance Technical Order Kits. Be able to interpret SBSS reports. Individual shall operate a property control system IAW Part 45 and implement property disposal procedures. Individual shall be familiar and know how to operate the Gold Legacy System. Assist/conduct inventories as required. Individual may be assigned to work both the supply and support areas in Cannon. Operate, manage, and control all hazardous materials necessary. May deploy in support of worldwide mobility tasking as directed by higher headquarters.

Basic Qualifications Knowledge of DOD Supply Chain processes; procedures and company practices and DOD logistic terminology. Must be proficient with DOD logistic systems; Microsoft programs and DLA technologies in order to provide technical direction; research and create or provide analysis for documents / presentations. Ability to travel and work overseas.

Desired skills MQ-1/MQ-9 prior experience is a plus. COSO and/or Supply support knowledge to include: (1) property management; (2) processing mission support kits; (3) standard warehouse procedures - receiving; storing issuing and shipping Material/parts; (4) Hazmat; (5) TODA responsibilities. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
