Lockheed Martin Subcontract Administrator in Cape Canaveral, Florida

Perform subcontract management duties in support of the FBM Program. Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.

Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in a related discipline

1 year Supply Chain Management or 1 year Procurement experience

SAP (P2P) Procurement System experience or equivalent

Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedure (LMAP) experience or equivalent

Basic understanding of government contracting

Desired skills Working knowledge of: - FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) - Lockheed Martin proposal/estimating processes - Financial/Schedule management

Ability to adapt within a dynamic work environment

Team Player

Ability to multitask and organize complex documentation requirements

Effective communicator (written & verbal)
