Lockheed Martin Subcontract Terms Negotiator in Cherry Hill, New Jersey

A member of the Global Supply Chain Operations Contracts team where you will be heavily involved in the support of supply chain management purchasing professionals. As a contracts team member, you will: - Review, revise and assist in negotiating requests for modifications from suppliers of Lockheed Martin standard terms and conditions; - Review, revise and assist in negotiating contract terms related to the procurement of software licenses, subscriptions, Software as a Service, General Terms of Sale, and similar contracts; - Review requests for modification from suppliers of Lockheed Martin standard Proprietary Information Agreements; - Review and revise Statements of Work; - Review and analyze current contract provisions and provide guidance to supply chain when issues/concerns are identified by supply chain; - Work closely with corporate legal on revising and reviewing contractual issues and concerns, including identifying issues related to legal reserved matters - Identify areas of risk and ways to mitigate through contract negotiation; - Assist in drafting policies, procedures, amendments, and unique contract provisions as may be required - Develop and provide training to supply chain personnel on topics of interest. - Work with supply chain management in the review and assessment of items of risk in contractual provisions

Basic Qualifications - Experience in DOD supply chain, procurement, and negotiations - Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and the Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement. - Excellent interpersonal, communication (written, verbal and presentation), organizational and analytical skills - Strong organizational skills, demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously - The ability to effectively prioritize and manage concurrent projects under time constraints; - Proficient in Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, OneNote, Powerpoint and other collaborative software applications

Desired skills -Familiarity with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and federal procurement law - Ability to analyze and resolve supplier exceptions to Lockheed Martin's standard terms and conditions and review supplier contracts, identifying gaps, issues and obligations that place an undue burden on Lockheed Martin - Demonstrated ability to assess various contracting alternatives in order to meet company policies and procedures - Familiarity with licensing rights as it relates to software applications and offerings - Demonstrate sound judgment and tact - Highly motivated and self-directed - Knowledge of LM Corp Docs
