Performs general clerical, administrative, and analytical functions in support of Production Operations: • Ensures work order packages are complete and accurate prior to release to shop floor. • Creates tooling, engineering, repair, and manufacturing work orders and work packages to support CTI operations. • Audits initial evaluation reports, maintenance records and log cards for accuracy, and notifies appropriate department with issues • Familiar with unique customer and program requirements to ensure work order requirements are flowed down through the shop. • Processes scrap customer and commercial property in accordance with local CTI Procedures and Sikorsky Aircraft Government Property System Manual to ensure full FAA and DCMA compliance to FAR and DFAR regulations and contracted requirements. • Coordinates with purchasing and materials teams to ensure adequate planning, material management, and inventory is available to support production and repair work • Initiates repair inductions or production orders in CTI and/or Sikorsky ERP System in alignment of customer need and/or contract requirements. • Runs reports and analyses data to make sure operation execution is performing according to plan

Basic Qualifications • High School or GED equivalent. • Must have 1+ years’ experience with ERP/MRP business systems Required, SAP preferable. • Be able to lift up to 25 lbs. • Ability to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display terminal, for extended periods of time

Desired skills • Ability to analyse data and make sound business decisions with some guidance from supervision. • Ability to use office equipment including copier and computer. • Attention to detail. • Ability to problem solve and seeks guidance from other team members to make basic business decisions. • Ability to follow written and oral instructions. • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Knowledge and experience with lean and continuous improvement philosophies and methodologies preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel). • Be able to work any shift
