Lockheed Martin Cell Phone Technician in Fort Worth, Texas
As a team member in the Enterprise Business Services (EBS) Data, Voice, & Video (DV2) Infrastructure organization, this position will assist in managing mobile device operations, strategy and mobility initiatives across an enterprise network environment within the DV2 South Region team, primarily supporting Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas. This position is also responsible for successfully maintaining lean operating processes and procedures for managing change, problems, and overall service consistent with the EBS strategic objectives.
The Sys Integration Analyst position has the responsibility to administer and troubleshoot various mobile telecommunications systems and technologies. This team member will assist in the administration and implementation of in building cellular (DAS), Cell-Fi, iOS/AirWatch and DEP requirements and mobile strategy.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Serving as a Sys Integration Analyst for Lockheed Martin mobile telecommunications systems (AirWatch) -Serving as back up to DV2 Mobile lead for customer escalations, problem resolution, Mobility Checkout Center (MCC) oversight and mobile budget management. Service Management to include Incident, Change and Service Request Management - Provide Customer Service and Technical Support to Lockheed Martin Customers - Problem coordination and escalation with Enterprise Mobile Vendors - Updating Standard Operating Instructions (SOI), KMR and policy documentation. -Maintaining inventory and metrics databases for audit readiness - Responding, replacing, and repairing mobile communication equipment to maintain optimum performance for the customer base - Willingness to work some off hours and on-call rotation providing 24X7 support
Some travel as required.
Basic Qualifications -Demonstrated experience in Mobility systems administration and implementation -Familiarization with wireless communication concepts and devices -Familiarization with DAS cellular equipment, funding and in building expansion implementation. -Working knowledge of Mobile technology/ hardware technologies (e.g. IOS, iPhones, iPads) -Demonstrated understanding of AirWatch -Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills -Proficient with Microsoft: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Visio -Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret clearance -Able to successfully multitask assignments and perform in a schedule driven environment -Demonstrated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a Team environment
Desired skills Experience with Remedy or ITSM support Excellent organizational skills
