Lockheed Martin Data Quality Integration Management - F-35 Change Management Technical Lead in Fort Worth, Texas

The selected candidate will be assigned as the Data Quality Integration Management (DQIM) Change Management Technical Lead supporting F35 Production Asset Inspection Requirement (PAIR) and Time Compliance Technical Directive (TCTD) management program for DQIM Sustainment. The incumbent candidate will be responsible for providing technical Engineering, Logistics and Data Quality knowledge and Leadership skills supporting F-35 Program Sustainment Data Product Integration & Delivery (SDP I&D) and Sustainment Support activities within the Data Quality & Integration Management (DQIM) Team's, Logistic Data Management (LDM) & Supplier Integration group.

A. Support the execution of contract requirements associated with Site Support requirements related to Data Quality of TCTDs/PAIRs and program Change Requirement (CRs). Interface regularly with JSF Mods & Retrofit team, Lightning Support Team (LST), Production Operations, F35 Program Office, F35 Sustainment, ALIS Sustainment, Chief Engineers Office, suppliers, Supply Chain Management, LDM and other F35 stakeholders to ensure stakeholder requirements are addressed relative to Sustainment Data Product (SDP) quality.

B. Support Data Quality initiatives across the F35 Program on SDP data flow, processes, and source systems and participate in development and continuous improvement of team processes, tools, workflows, documentation, and metrics.

C. Support Sustainment Data Product (SDP) integration, research/analysis, processing, and handling data exchanges between Program Stakeholders and Systems, Suppliers, Teammates, Propulsion System Contractors, Internal Data Authors and Operational Sites.

Specific tasks include, but are not limited to:

  1. Site Support interaction with customer support, Action Resolution (AR) review, analysis and decision making related to data accuracy and program processes relevant to support post-delivery of Aircraft and Non-Aircraft equipment or operational site standup and sustainment operations.

  2. Review Production Asset Inspection Requirements-PAIR, Time Compliance Technical Directive-TCTD, documents and files as necessary to ensure authoring and technical contents are aligned to source engineering and provisioning MILSTD-1388 standards.

  3. Apply data quality forensics and participate in assessments of SDP and/or Supplier and unit data submissions.

  4. Support coordination with assigned users, application teams, and DQIM Supplier Integration Team, to understand issues and needs; prioritizing, determining solutions, and implementation Data Quality or Action Requests (AR) resolution.

  5. Conduct data analysis and trend interpretation for developing statistical process control methods in support of aviation information and readiness reporting requirements.

  6. Maintain program metrics associated with TCTD/PAIR/CRs

  7. Perform TCTD Review in LDM and review Sustainment PAIRs and update the PAIR authoring system (PAS) data base.

  8. Research and respond with DQIM Site Support team and various F35 IPTs to resolve or prevent TCTD or PAIR Action Request (ARs).

  9. Conduct review of Mod delta baseline and create files in support of TCTDs or urgent PAIRs.

  10. Participate in functional analysis, timeline analysis, structured improvement activities, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into system specifications.

  11. Travel to customer sites for assessment of processes associated to DQIM SDPs and data configuration management.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

*Must have ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance prior to starting.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with 7 years related experience or a Master's degree with 5 years related experience.

Related experience must be in the in the following skill sets:

  • Management and Manipulation of data using Microsoft Excel and/or Access
  • Performing Data Extraction, Translation, Migration and Loads
  • Performing data quality audits/verification
  • Application of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Profiling or Analysis techniques to establish patterns and trends
  • Performing Configuration Management of data
  • Experience with Aviation Environment and Equipment

Desired skills The following skills are desired but not required:

  • USAF Aviation and Organizations

  • Working experience using F-35 ALIS applications (i.e. CMMS and CRM)

  • Use of TeamCenter (PDM/LDM) to review and verify Design and Logistics Data

  • First-hand experience using F-35 ATLAS application to extract and verify logistics data

  • Development of Aircraft/Aviation System Bills-of-Material (BOM)/Structures

  • Reading, Writing, and Applying Structured Query Language (SQL) to extract, process and manipulate data

  • Reading, Interpreting, and Writing eXtensible Markup Language (XML)

  • Hands-on knowledge with TeamCenter e-Cubed report builder

  • Hands-on experience with Shop Floor Manager (SFM) System

  • Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance Documentation System (QADS)

  • Production Planning and/or Shop Floor Operations related to data or systems integration

  • USAF/USMC and US Navy Aviation and Organizations

  • Experience with core Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Project)
