Lockheed Martin HR Systems Analyst Staff in Fort Worth, Texas

The Workforce Planning, Systems and Analytics team is responsible for developing, delivering and supporting Human Resources (HR) IT tools and systems, providing reporting and data analysis to meet business needs. This role will have ac focus on HR tools and systems, acting as a subject matter expert for HR systems. In this position, the selected candidate will:

• Define the HR requirements and functions of applications to ensure that appropriate information can be extracted to support strategic business decisions. • Maintain data integrity for HR systems including LMPeople HRMS and Aero Internal HR Applications (COIMT, GIS, SAHP, etc.). • Analyze and resolve data issues related to HR systems. • Provide end user support for HR applications. • Perform HR Data Security and Governance related to Aero HR systems. • Rapidly develop systems solutions in to address HR requirements and improve process efficiency. • Function as the liaison between the HR, IS&T and EBS on Aero HR Applications • Consult with other members of HR and leadership on data requirements to develop reports, data models, custom reports and application development. • Coordinate and participate in user testing for validation of HR system development and modifications. • Compile, analyze, and report data to predict future workforce events and other business related people outcomes. • Participate in the development and execution of human capital analytics and reporting for client organization(s). • Demonstrate inclusion and engagement with team to achieve results. • Provide consulting and support on the technical aspects of human capital analytics and reporting, including but not limited to planning, data mining, data management, metrics and analytics, and reporting. • Maintains ongoing communication with business clients. • Maintains excellent working relationships with Human Resources colleagues, including Working HR Business Partners, Labor Relations, Compensation, Global Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, and Legal as needed. • Drives lateral connectivity and collaboration within Human Resources and across the enterprise. • Delivers data driven solutions that are efficient, effective, and flexible. • Utilizes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Access), and other software tools/ solutions (e.g., SQL, WebFocus/ FOCUS, Hyperion, OBIEE, SPSS, Sharepoint, PeopleSoft, BrassRing) as needed.

Basic Qualifications • Demonstrated experience extracting, reconciling, and analyzing data in a business context (for example, as an internal or external consultant for a company) • Demonstrated experience presenting analyses and recommendations to non-technical audiences •Demonstrated experience applying statistics and higher order analytics (for example, retrospective / trend analysis, regression, predictive analysis/modeling) within a business context •Demonstrated experience managing projects and initiatives, including developing project plans, identifying stakeholders, preparing corresponding communication plans, identifying of milestones, deadlines, and metrics to assess outcomes/results

Desired skills • Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail • Experience in IT application development a plus • Demonstrated experience applying statistics and higher order analytics (for example, retrospective / trend analysis, regression, predictive analysis/modeling) within a business context • Experience with information retrieval, preferably HR information retrieval • Minimum of 3 years’ experience applying of Human Capital Analytics and key workforce metrics • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the field/discipline of Human Resources practices, processes, and regulations • Demonstrated experience consulting with an assigned client organization • Demonstrated experience delivering results for the business in partnership with Human Resource’s Centers of Excellence, corresponding Human Resource’s Business Partners, and other organizations as needed • Demonstrated ability and experience coaching executives, leaders, and employees • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders using multiple methods based on context • Basic to moderate knowledge and experience with change management principles and methodology; preference for experience using Prosci methodology • Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvement • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics • Must demonstrate strong decision making and judgment, oral and written communication, business acumen • Moderate financial acumen
