Lockheed Martin Program Planner Senior in Fort Worth, Texas
This position supports the Planning Implementation Development and Analysis Functional team in the development and delivery of Program Planning capabilities to LM Aero Line of Business programs and projects. Responsibilities include the development, deployment, and implementation of processes, training, and tools in support of the Program Planning discipline. This position will be an active participant in the evaluation of program planning/scheduling products and practices, and will be instrumental in the resultant remediation activities upon identification of gaps. One-on-one mentoring of planners, formal process and tools training, and leadership of team meetings are techniques that will be employed by this position in order to develop bench strength among the planning community, and to improve planning work products. Strong current PP&S hands on experience as well as strong communication skills are required.
Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline. Experience with Primavera or Microsoft Project or Milestones Professional. Experience with Critical Path Methodology. Experience with Schedule Risk Assessments. Working Knowledge of ANSI/EIA – 748 (EVMS Guidelines). Recent Experience with DCMA Audits. Earned Value Management Practitioner.
Desired skills Experience with LM AERO PPM Command Media. Familiarity with Schedule Analytics tool sets. Experience with program reviews (INAR, PAR, IBR). Familiar with Data Driven Metrics. Experience with Risk Assessment Tools (PRA, Risk Plus, Risky Projects). Familiarity with Integrated Planning Level Network Analysis (iPLAN).
