Candidate should be knowledgeable and highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Power Point, Excel, Access, Word, and Project. Will actively assist in updating and developing F-35 Support Equipment tracking tools for monitoring program progress to ensure early problem identification and resolution with team leads. Utilizing project schedules to evaluate deliveries and serve as liaison member between program management and planning, project team, and other Integrated Product Team members as required. Assist in reviewing status of projects and budgets. The management of Support Equipment requirements lists and assist in preparation and delivery of status reports. Coordinate and manage database projects assisting internal and external customers in definition of reports, files, and metrics from the support equipment databases. Help develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Individual will assist in compiling, cost and schedule data to support F-35 Support Equipment management. Utilize continuous improvement concepts and project monitoring that would assist Managements efficient use of time as it relates to administrative and monitoring tasks.
Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2013, (Excel, Power Point, Access, Word, Project and Outlook) and Windows 10. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to collaborate across functions in a multinational, multi-company environment. Ability to work across a variety of stakeholder’s document status, track progress, and develop products that communicate the team work. Knowledge to assisting in creating and managing departmental and organizational lifecycle budgets and work schedules.
Desired skills Experience in developing queries, forms and reports in Access. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables/charts, macros, and possibly named ranges/database environment) Knowledge to assist in creating and managing departmental and organizational lifecycle budgets and work schedules. Experience in aircraft maintenance operational environment Experience in aircraft sustainment support
