Lockheed Martin Supplier Quality Administrator in Fort Worth, Texas
This position will support the Operations team in the Supplier Quality Management (SQM) function to help ensure sustained Quality performance of the Global Supply Chain for all Lockheed-Martin Aeronautics programs.
As a key member of the Operations team, you will be responsible for the administration, coordination and revision control of all SQM controlled documents such as policies, procedures, forms, checklists, and supplier requirements flowdown documents. Responsibilities include: • Works closely with technical process/procedure owners to fulfill requests to create, revise, and release department controlled documents. • Reviews Department and Supplier Alerts for conformity and accuracy, coordinates final approval with required Leadership and ensures Alerts are properly prepared for release. • Performing tasks associated with the release and posting of Alerts, controlled documents and supplier flow-down requirements. • Prepares, maintains and reviews Supplier Quality Management procedures to assure compliance with customer and/or government requirements. • Supports leadership through multiple facets of administrative activities such as developing presentations, reviewing data, preparing reports, and facilitating meetings.
Position works closely with Operations Team Members, SQM Leadership, and individuals/leaders across functions to satisfy established goals and department needs. May support the Operation team with additional tasks or projects as needs arise. Success in this role requires strong written and verbal communication, ability to work as part of a team with technical & non-technical personnel at all layers, and a quick learner who is thorough and has a proactive work ethic for his/her areas of responsibility. Models and supports organization’s goals and vision; adapts to changing conditions; demonstrates persistence and ability to overcome obstacles, and ability to work well in a diverse team environment.

Basic Qualifications • Familiar with Quality Systems specifically AS9100, ISO 9001:2015 • Quality Process and Continuous Improvement knowledge • Experience writing technical documents and building presentations. • Experience interacting across functions and communicating with Senior Management. • Proficient with Microsoft office tools, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. • Demonstrated ability to handle a large amount of responsibility and demonstrated effective implementation and execution
Desired skills • Experience in QA Admin role at an Aerospace or Defense OEM in a multi-site and matrix environment • Successful publishing of technical writings or engineering documents • Demonstrated management of document control systems and workflows • Ability to ID risks/opportunities and apply Lean and Six Sigma tools appropriately • Project Management certification • Commercial/FAA requirements and process experience
