This occupation requires the layout, planning the sequence of operations, fabrication, assembly or repair, and related manufacturing research/development of various types and sizes of jigs, fixtures, tools, dies, mold/bond forms, master tooling, and prototype antenna made from various material.
Basic Qualifications Setup & Operate Machine Tools. Fabricate jigs, tools, dies, master tooling. Proficient in geometry and trigonometry. Interpret tool design drawings & engineering blueprints. Operate measurement equipment including optical jig transit and levels. Proficient in jigs and fixtures.
Desired skills Working experience in Jig & Fixture, General Machining, the use of Laser Tracker techniques (Leica or Faro), White Light, and Spatial Analyzer Software (S/A) exp. preferred.
