Provide Administrative Support for the Dallas Publishing Center. Duties Include: - Tracking and installation of software upgrades to various Publishing and Prepress packages. - Directing task assignments and workload. - Research and order supplies and materials. - Research and recommend publishing and related equipment for lease or purchase. - Coordinate vendor purchase and services. - Track, consolidate, and report metrics to management. - Coordinate shipping and delivery logistics for the Publishing Center. - Review and recommend changes to current policies and procedures for the Publishing Center. -Perform other related duties as required.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelors in graphic arts, management, business, or related - Interest in graphic arts/publishing - Experience with being a team lead or leading a group. - Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Desired skills - Familiarity with Publishing Center Policies and Procedures - Familiarity with Publishing equipment - Familiarity with Publishing Metrics and Reporting - Familiarity with programs such Adobe Suite and MS Office - Experience in updating software on computer systems - Customer service experience
