Lockheed Martin Associate International License Analyst / Entry Level in Grand Prairie, Texas

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Associate International License Analyst for a position in Grand Prairie, TX. The ideal candidate writes well and is self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Duties include:

Provides support and interpretations for export jurisdiction and classifications

Assists with implementation of Export Control Reform changes

Provides technical descriptions for Licenses and on occasion Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs) and Manufacturing License Agreement (MLAs)

Reviews documents and agreement and license applications when requested

Prepares export licenses and agreements for submittal to Department of State

Responsible for obtaining and / or preparing required reports to the State Department

Responsible for all compliance aspects of license and agreement management including electronic and paper files

Obtain documents necessary to allow for the importation of certain goods to countries without paying customs (i.e. Carnets)

Maintain website

Support SharePoint 2010 and 2013 implementation on programs

Prepare and provide training on licenses

Act as primary company coordinator / system administrator for Export / Import Compliance License Processing System (ECLPS)

Basic Qualifications

Must have ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Strong oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated analytical skills

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Ability to prepare and deliver training

Ability to analyze and apply government regulations

Excellent document and information management skills with ability to retrieve, annotate, index, and archive while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Detail oriented

Demonstrated track record of successful performance

Ability to resolve problems with little or no outside assistance

Desired skills

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or other Technology field

ITAR / EAR licensing and compliance experience

SharePoint experience

Certified US Export Compliance Officer

Contracts experience
