Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) develops, manufactures and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military customers. MFC also offers a wide range of products and services for the global civil nuclear power industry and the military’s green power initiatives. MFC has the need for software engineers to work in embedded systems, robotics and visual simulations. The embedded systems work includes work with missiles, launchers, fire control systems, seekers, radar systems, mission planning, and robotic ground vehicles. MFCREFER

Basic Qualifications Experience in multiple lifecycle techniques: Agile, Spiral, Waterfall Experience in developing lifecycle documentation: Development plans, Architectures, Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports Experience with following languages: C/C++ Experience with following operating systems: Windows, Linux, VxWorks Experience with commercial libraries and research to match libraries to needs. Experience with one or more analysis tools: Parasoft, Klocwork, Vectorcast Experience with one or more of the following model based development tools/techniques: Matlab, Simulink, Rhapdosy, UML

Desired skills Experience with following languages: Ada, Fortran, Python, Java Experience with middleware/communication protocols: DDS, Codesys, RS232, PCI, CAN, TCP/IP, UDP, SPI, UART Experience with processor platforms like: ARM, C30/40, Freescale, Intel, Motorola 68xxx, PC104, Power PC, Rasberry Pi, SPARC Experience with test tools and techniques: Jenkins, Perforce Experience with Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) simulation and test, open/closed loop testing, Units Under Test Experience in cyber security protection, detection, and prevention techniques Experience with seekers, IMU, or sensors Experience developing board support packages (BSP) and drivers for Linux and VxWorks, for multiple host platforms
