This individual will perform as the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Squadron Lead interfacing with the USAF 4th Fighter\Maintenance Squadrons at Hill AFB, reside at Hill AFB, and lead a team of ALIS Administrators at Hill AFB. Squadron Lead is responsible for providing the overall on-site maintenance and support of the 4th Fighter\Maintenance Squadron ALIS system. Squadron Lead serves as the primary point of contact for any questions or concerns raised by users at the 4th Fighter Squadron.

Interfaces in day-to-day operational activities with assigned personnel. In conjunction with weekly flight schedule generate weekly ALIS Administrators work schedule to support daily operations. Responsible for planning, coordinating and execution of all ALIS system outages, upgrades and Squadron deployments. Provide situation awareness of all Squadron specific issues to both Lockheed Martin and Squadron Leadership in a timely manner with regular status provided by Weekly Activity Report.

Must be willing to travel, to include Squadron CONUS/OCONUS deployments for extended periods depending on operational needs. Position may require the ability to perform in an arduous duty environment and subject to all applicable U.S. Government requirements. A detailed list of these requirements will be available at the time of interview and employment will be contingent on agreement and compliance with such requirements.

Basic Qualifications Candidates must have a Final Transferable US Secret security clearance, last Periodic Reinvestigation must be within the last six years. Candidates Must be able to attain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.

In addition to the following:

1) Strong systems & software engineering and/or database administration process background 3) Good communication & Verbal skills 4) Self-starter & be able to Multi-task 6) Must hold an active US DoD Secret clearance and be able to obtain and hold Special Access Program (SAP) clearances 7) Must able to obtain and retain Security+ certification 8) Must be willing to work off hours, to include 0700-1500 (standard), 1000-1800, 1200-2000 and/or 1400-2200 depending on operational needs 9) Must be willing to travel, 25-50%, to include Squadron deployments for extended periods depending on operational needs 10) Prior ALIS Administrator experience preferred

Desired skills 1) Prior leadership people management, to include employee recruitment/retention, selection & training, performance assessment, work assignment, recognition/disciplinary actions, & career development 2) Proven Project Lead Management/ experience, and demonstrated ability to provide project leadership in a diverse virtual team environment 3) Excellent communication to all levels of the organization including external customers and LM Executives 4) Prior hands-on knowledge of JSF F-35 Autonomic Logistic Information System (ALIS) system, including an in-depth understanding of the Architecture, Design and Deployments plans 5) Field Service experience (with Software/Hardware deployments, Information Assurance process/documentation, ALIS software products including Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS), Customer Relationship Management – AR process, Supply Chain Management (SCM) as well as JSF fighter operations/knowledge is preferred.) 6) System integration expertise 7) Strong business acumen, influence management and whole systems thinking skills 8) Ability to collaborate with and integrate multi-functional teams 9) Full software life cycle for flight, ground, database, and simulation software development. Systems engineering experience on major development program 10) COTS/developed software skills 11) Software Engineering background and experience 12) Integration & Test experience 13) Deployable Comm Suite Experience 14) Certified in Security+ 15) Completed US DOD investigation within the last 6 years
