Lockheed Martin is seeking qualified candidates to join the Modeling and Simulations Contract Full & Open (MASC F&O) program. The MASC F&O program will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in performing Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) Modeling & Simulation (M&S) and it's intended uses. This includes the following categories; Concept Evaluation, Developmental Engineering, Testing and Verification, Assessment, Training, and Operational Support.
MASC F&O personnel will support in the following areas.
• Transition the Objective Simulation Framework (OSF) development and sustainment from the current contract to the MASC F&O contract. • Modify, enhance, develop, and sustain of the MDA Objective Simulation Framework (OSF) to meet MDA's evolving M&S requirements. • Maintain and evolve the OSF architecture and external interfaces. • Develop, modify and enhance other BMDS tools as required.
The position has primary responsibility for the development and administration of information systems security procedures for classified information systems in accordance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and other customer-specific requirements. Specific duties include: • Responsibility for interpreting and implementing agency and national department regulations and policies to establish, implement, and maintain a comprehensive and compliant computer security program. • Responsibility for oversight of destruction and release procedures for systems, components and media through application of test and evaluation procedures, configuration management concepts, and risk management. • Partnership with system administrators to ensure compliant network architecture for classified systems. • Development and administration of security procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents and equipment for major programs. • Continuous research, study and implementation of federal security regulations that apply to company operations to maintain compliance. • Perform computer security functions as assigned, including preparation of System Security Plans (SSPs), computer security briefings, computer/network security audits, inventories, virus definition updates, and assists the ISSM with security investigations.

Basic Qualifications Experience with Information Systems security requirements for DoD areas. Experience with incident resolution, audit and log analysis and media and device control.
Desired skills Previous experience as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO). Security Certifications in accordance to DoD 8570/Security + or CISSP. Proficiency in Windows O/S's to include Windows 7, and Windows Server Experience with LINUX/Unix. Excellent prioritization and organization skills. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
