Lockheed Martin Network Engineer Sr in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania

The candidate will work as a senior technical resource to design, develop, install, configure, debug/test, and maintain classified AEHF data processing computer systems and utilities. The Candidate should be capable to lead the analysis of internal or external customers' needs, and determine equipment and software requirements for solutions to problems. The Candidate should be capable to develop customized solutions to resolve problems; establish/modify system configuration settings as specified; coordinate updates with the AEHF computer system user community; and verify hardware/software compatibility.

The Candidate will be knowledgeable in the Information Assurance and have experience in using security tools (e.g., Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) to scan computer resources, analyze resulting scan data and adjudicate findings identified with the applicable security standards. In addition, candidate will have experience with iSCSI protocol, jumbo frames, and taclanes management. Windows System Administration - building, deploying, upgrading and maintaining Windows 2008/2012 servers on multiple virtual and physical servers.

Basic Qualifications Basic Skills: * Basic knowledge of network architecture, engineering, design, implementation, and testing * Experience to design, manage and administrate a network * Experience with routing and switching * Experience with latency/path loss on iSCSI targets * Experience with storage topology * Familiarity with TCP/IP, IP configuration, peer-to-peer networking and IP addressing and subnetting. * Windows server 2008/2012 configuration and administration * Domain and LAN administration * Understanding of NAS and SAN protocols such as NFS, CIFS, and iSCSI * Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Desired skills Desired Skills: * HP, Dell, and Cisco server hardware and blades, including, their associated interconnects (SAS, FC, TCP/IP). * VMware design, configuration, administration and troubleshooting experience in clusters larger than 6 nodes * Monitoring system resource usage and ensuring adequate resources using common industry tools * Experience maintaining Configuration Management systems and package deployment * Ability to create PowerShell script to automate redundant tasks * Ability to work with limited guidance and as part of a team * Configuring and maintaining WSUS and/or SCCM server * Active Directory administration, GPO configuration and troubleshooting, Share and NTFS permission configuration and DFS deployments * Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, SQL administration, SharePoint, SCCM and file server migrations * Understanding of host network teaming * Monitoring and tracking trouble tickets and change requests to ensure high quality customer service.
