Lockheed Martin System Integration/Test Engineer Staff in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania

This position is located in King of Prussia, PA and supports the Air Force Long Range Standoff (LRSO) Technical Maturation and Risk Reduction (TMRR) Program. This System Integration/Test Engineer position supports the Avionics Integration and Test Team. The selected candidate will take a lead role in test planning and execution of avionics at the board, box and component level for system elements. This includes tasks associated with System Integration and Test efforts including supporting Cost Account Management (CAM), schedule management, risk and opportunity assessments, interacting with leadership and the customer, and generating/providing work products. Also includes participation in the generation of the Test and Evaluation Management Plan (TEMP), Integrated Test Plan (ITP), Test Equipment Management Plan, System Integration Test Plan. Also this position will be assisting in generating the Test Equipment Management Plan (TEMP) involving the design, development and support of test equipment required to support development, assessment and fielding of the contractor's solutions. This position will start approximately between November 2017 and January 2018, and is contingent upon the LRSO TMRR award in September of 2017. Relocation possible.

Basic Qualifications 1) Candidate must have a BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or related experience. 2) Candidate should have 9 years experience in Integration and Test of a large scale weapon program, including 2 years experience as an project/IPT Lead. . 3) Candidate must have experience in Test Plan developing (applying MIL-STD-810) and reporting including qualification and acceptance testing. 4) Active Secret clearance prior to start.

Desired skills - Experience with developmental, qualification, and acceptance testing. - Experience with Board-Box Level Test planning, script creation and test execution. - Experience with Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) and Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS). - Experience with Automation Framework. - Experience with US Air Force Weapon Systems Programs. - Experience with US Strategic Systems. - Experience with USAF Program Execution. - Experience with Integration and test of Missile Weapons Systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project). - Demonstrated ability as a team player to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members. - Effectively manage change.
