Lockheed Martin College Student Non-Tech (Intern) in Littleton, Colorado

As a Visual Communications intern, you will help the team establish and maintain a digital workflow and asset management system through: • Formulating and implementing best practices for preserving historical films and images. • Establishing metadata, schema and taxonomy to support a digital asset management system. • Developing digital library recommendations for online, near-line and offline storage. You will also have an opportunity to assist the team with video and webcast production through storyboarding, filming and/or editing.

Basic Qualifications Working towards an undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited college in a discipline related to visual communications including design, photography and video.

Desired skills Ability to digitize and catalog visual assets Ability to adapt to a variety of tasks and persistence to complete them Enthusiasm for the experience of working in a fast paced, visual communications environment Ability to plan with and work cooperatively with others Excellent written and oral communications skills
