Lockheed Martin Cyber Info Assurance Engineer Sr in Littleton, Colorado
This position fulfills an Information Assurance (IA) engineering role with the RMS C4USS Cyber & Security Solutions Team (CaS2T) in support of the Dogpatch Family of Programs out of the LM RMS Deer Creek Facility, Denver,CO. This position will require travel to various customer locations. The candidate will provide guidance and technical leadership solutions related to the Risk Management Framework (RMF) transition to internal and external customers for security architecture, assessments, trade studies and certification & accreditation (C&A). This candidate will provide the technical support to the Dogpatch IA lead engineer by ensuring the program stakeholders are elated with performance execution and delivery, and the customer achieves mission success milestones.
The selected candidate will identify technical and operational requirements to support development of secure solutions and evaluate security controls to ensure compliance with applicable RMF requirements and standards. The candidate will perform security activities necessary to support and evaluate system changes to assess their impact on security. The candidate must be able to operate with minimal direction in a dynamic customer focused environment.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications Active Security+ certification
Some experience performing IA activities in support of software and system requirements, design, development, testing and sustainment Demonstrated experience supporting Department of Defense (DOD) or Intel IA Programs.
Some experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation across multiple phases of a large program
Desired skills Active CISSP or CISM certification
Experience with employment of DoD or Intel IA requirements, policies, and processes to include certification and accreditation as part of DIACAP or RMF Experience with risk and vulnerability assessments and mitigation
Experience with NESSUS/ACAS Vulnerability Scans
Ability to provide guidance on DoD Cyber/IA regulations and requirements to senior customers, senior LM leaders, the program engineering staff and the IA Cyber Inside team.
Experience with Secure Configuration/Hardening of DoD Information Systems.
Experience with system audit configuration, capture, analysis, and reduction. Some knowledgeable in the latest industry trends and developments in enterprise IA solutions to include RMF.
Understanding of DoD Operations and sustainment associated with ships and/or aircraft.
