Lockheed Martin Systems Engineer Manager in Littleton, Colorado

This position Is located in Denver and supports the Air Force Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Technical Maturation and Risk Reduction (TMRR) Program. This System Engineer Mgr. position supports the overall AVE IPT System Engineering Integration team by leading the overall AVE SEIT effort in Denver. The selected candidate will be responsible for oversight and development of the standard AVE TMRR Program deliverables, and participation in Working Group meetings, trade studies reviews, AVE Integration of MBSE (Model Based Systems Engineering) models and views, AVE test program and hardware System qualification/test planning, and separation analysis test planning. Will also coordinate inputs to test CONOPS development, participate in Engineering Review Boards, and Manage AVE subcontractors Systems Engineering efforts and Integration activities, and support Systems Engineering Reviews preparation and execution (e.g., SRR, SFR, 9QTIMM, PDR). This position includes L-Code Full Spectrum leadership responsibilities. This position will start in September of 2017, and is contingent upon the GBSD TMRR award in September of 2017.

Basic Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering execution on development programs - Broad experience of Systems Engineering life Cycle process and tools. - Leadership experience of a technical team - Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written with the proven ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to varying levels of employees, management and customers - Demonstrated leadership experience with diverse teams - Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic multi-disciplinary environment - Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with commensurate years of professional experience.
