Lockheed Martin Systems Engineer Staff Member for Space Systems in Littleton, Colorado
_Littleton, Colorado_: Lead responsible for working with and ensuring technical success of major subcontractor activities and products. Responsible for the successful technical execution of engineering projects and product development efforts. The successful candidate will manage project technical execution, and project cost and schedule performance for a critical supplier for a strategically important payload development program. Their responsibilities include developing and supporting technical execution plans, supplier statements of work, managing resources, coordinating tasks, and troubleshooting execution issues. This work is done in a dynamic environment in close collaboration with Program Management and technical leads to ensure successful delivery of payload products.
Supplier Technical Lead will act in a CPE role for the subcontractor products and work in close collaboration with subcontract management personnel to ensure successful delivery and protect strong strategic relationships with suppliers. He/She will engage in frequent and clear communication with LM leadership and performing organizations on status and paths forward to achieve technical and operational success. Successful candidate will demonstrate ownership and accountability for areas of responsibility, will make and meet commitments and will drive clear and concise communication to ensure alignment among team members.
