Lockheed Martin Systems Engineer Staff in Littleton, Colorado

This position Is located in Denver and supports the Air Force Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Technical Maturation and Risk Reduction (TMRR) Program. This System Engineer Stf position supports the overall Weapons Systems Engineering Integration and Test (WSEIT) Team by providing the Human Factors Engineering support. The selected candidate will generate the Human Factors Engineering Program Plan, support system design, development and prototype activities, including the Human System Integration (HSI) Program Plan which details the implementation of integrating the HSI Domains (manpower, personnel, training, human factors, environment, safety, occupational health, survivability and habitability). This position will support all System Engineering Life Cycle reviews (SRR, SFR, 9QTIM, and PDR) as required. This position will start in September of 2017, and is contingent upon the GBSD TMRR award in September of 2017.

Basic Qualifications - Knowledge and experience with Human Factors Engineering processes, requirements and execution. - Working knowledge of system engineering processes - Demonstrated interpersonal skills and teamwork with internal customers - Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic multi-disciplinary environment - Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills - Proficiency with standard documentation and presentation tools - Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with commensurate years of professional experience.
