Lockheed Martin Systems Engineer in Littleton, Colorado

This position Is located in Denver Colordao and supports the Air Force Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Technical Maturation and Risk Reduction (TMRR) Program. This System Engineer position supports the overall Weapons Systems Engineering Integration and Test (WSEIT) Team by coordinating the internal Interface Control Documents (ICD). Activities include assessment of MMIII external interface specifications, update of external interface specifications, coordination of internal and external stakeholders, analysis of interface parameters, and generation of new external iICDs (Codes/Crypto ICD, Targeting ICD, Range Safety ICD, Information Technology (IT)/National Security Systems (NSS) ICD). Selected candidate will also coordinate with AF at ICD-working groups through the approval process, manage ICD requirements and support the planned design review events. This position will start in September of 2017, and is contingent upon the GBSD TMRR award in September of 2017.

Basic Qualifications - Knowledge and experience with interface requirements and documents - Understanding of requirements data base tools - Working knowledge of system engineering processes to include interface control - Demonstrated interpersonal skills and teamwork with internal customers - Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic multi-disciplinary environment - Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills - Proficiency with standard documentation and presentation tools - Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with commensurate years of professional experience.
