Support and assist Manufacturing Program Managers (MPM’s) on all assigned manufacturing program financial commitments. Add value through analysis of earned value information ($'s and Hrs.) to better assist my MPMs in the financial management of assigned programs. Provide early warning detection of financial issues and opportunities and communicate these conditions to my program and manufacturing teams for my assigned programs. Work with my MPM’s to provide complete understanding and explanation of variances on my assigned programs. Directly support manufacturing managers in providing cost and schedule variance with analysis in accordance with EVMS as well as financial impact.
Support weekly and monthly EV reviews, provide monthly statusing of activities for all assigned work packages, create and report EACs, provide both material and labor analysis, assist with Variance Analysis Reporting, and provide overall financial expertise to assist my programs financial management.
Maintain and keep current all metrics for reporting, including MOR, EAC Giveback, efficiency reports, OET metrics, EAC report card, Monthly Summaries, and Oracle staffing model profiles, while maintaining a continued awareness of program status while keeping MPM’s and Manufacturing Management aware of the financial health of all assigned programs.
Assist in various studies and support team on these special requests. Assist and help in various ad hoc requests as they pertain to Mfg. Finance.
Basic Qualifications Demonstrated financial acumen Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Strong Communication Skills
