Lockheed Martin EBS Information Technology Internship - Multiple Locations in Marietta, Georgia

This Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Services (EBS) summer intern position supports a specific business area’s Information Technology (IT) environment to include assistance with IT Projects and IT-related tasks, which could include system maintenance on UNIX/Windows servers and various applications, telecommunications support, UNIX/Windows scripting (i.e., PERL, Power-Shell, etc.) and other day-to-day support. Daily operational support could include Disaster Recovery (data backup), patching, incident support (Remedy tickets) and server migration.

Positions can be located in, but not limited to, Bethesda, MD, Rockville, MD, King of Prussia, PA, Marietta, GA, Orlando, FL, Ft Worth, TX, Denver, CO, Palmdale, CA.

Basic Qualifications: Pursuing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline - Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows Administration

Desired Skills: Information Technology-related coursework, including: - Familiarity with Cloud Computing Technologies - Demonstrated experience with data analysis - Project management skills - Technical internship experience - Customer service skills with related work experience - Familiarity with programming and compiling mechanism - Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills - Ability to effectively work in a team-environment
