Lockheed Martin Information Systems Security Risk Analyst in Marietta, Georgia

This position will provide multi-disciplined Information Assurance (IA) and Cyber Security oversight in support of the Marietta Classified Cybersecurity Organization. The candidate will use their extensive knowledge of the Joint Special Access Implementation Guide (JSIG), Joint Air Force – Army – Navy (JAFAN) 6/3, and the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process. The primary role of this position will be to act as the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) for multiple Special Access Programs (SAP) and Advanced Development Programs (ADP). The candidate must maintain JSIG documentation and certification, customer accreditation documentation, and any other documentation or processes defined by the customer or management. Candidate will use their knowledge of COMSEC, the DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and the National Security Agency (NSA) configuration standards for DoD IA systems, computer operations and experience with the technical configuration settings and tools for UNIX/LINUX and Windows operating systems.

Taskings will include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Performs system certification and accreditation planning, testing and liaison activities, to include the development and maintenance of all required documentation

  1. Author System Security Plans and maintain configuration management plans

  2. Complete weekly system audits, media reviews, anti-virus management, system upgrades/downgrades, configuration management, and establish new user accounts

  3. Able to apply cyber security standards, directives, guidance and polices to SAP classified computing environments

  4. Responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of systems through evaluation, testing and auditing to ensure compliance with JSIG and ADP customer standards. This includes periodic verification that security features and operating controls are functional and effective

  5. Track and retain records of accreditation requests and approvals

  6. Running compliance scanning tools, evaluating results, and determining remediation or mitigation steps

  7. Prepare for and support inspections, self-inspections and system reviews

  8. Primary technical interface with internal and external entities on all matters related to business development, compliance, and incident response

10.Supports internal HR/Legal/Ethics and external customer IA/Cyber investigations and incident handling

11.Provide IA/Cyber engineering support and recommendations for systems, networks and secured environments

12.Participates in proposals through ownership of classified IA/Cyber architecture and verifies security requirements

13.Must be able to work unscheduled hours to support organizational IA/Cyber requirements

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Basic Qualifications CISSP certification

ISSO or ISSM experience

Experience with JSIG and DoD IA standards

Experience in support of a SAP approved classified network

Desired skills F-22 and F-35 experience

Experience in an Air Combat Simulation environment

Firewall, IPS and Network experience

Experience with tools such as SPLUNK and NESSUS

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with multiple customer accreditation authorities

Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic team environment
