APG Instructor for Saudi KC130J Mx Training program

Candidate will act as an APG (airframe/propulsion) Systems Instructor / Subject Matter Expert (SME), conduct formal classroom academic training, provide On the Job Training (OJT) and develop training courseware materials. Also will be responsible for the planning, preparing, conducting, and evaluating training events while observing all corporate and customer safety policies and procedures in a fast paced training environment at the customer’s location. Ability to work with limited supervision conducting classroom and on-aircraft training to C-130J/KC-130J maintenance personnel. Close supervision of students during instruction.

Have good knowledge in the operation and integration of C-130J systems.

Minimum 5 years Airframe/Propulsion maintenance experience on the C130J (Hyd, Pneumatics, Flt Controls, Engine, Props, Fuel)

Have experience in academic or OJT training on C-130J aircraft in a military training environment

Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Must have ability to assess learning and evaluate instructional effectiveness

Must be willing to travel, to include CONUS/OCONUS deployments for extended periods depending on operational needs. Position may require the ability to perform in an arduous duty environment and subject to all applicable U.S. Government requirements. Employment will be contingent on agreement and compliance with such requirements.

Basic Qualifications Have good knowledge in the operation and integration of C-130J systems.

Have experience in academic or OJT training on C-130J aircraft in a military training environment

Working Knowledge of DTADS Operations.

Working knowledge of ISD principles.

Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Must have ability to assess learning and evaluate instructional effectiveness

Minimum 5 years Airframe/Propulsion maintenance experience on the C130J (Hyd, Pneumatics, Flt Controls, Engine, Props, Fuel)

Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret level clearance.

Desired skills - 10 years’ experience on the C-130J/KC130J Aircraft Systems - Basic knowledge of C-130J electrical systems and power distribution - Experience and Knowledge of C-130J operations. - Ability to quickly master new technical and training applications. - Proficient in maintenance of the C130J/KC130J - Formal classroom instruction experience - Instructional Systems Design knowledge and application - In-Country training C130J experience - Experience in C130J Sustainment and Support
