Lockheed Martin Program Supply Chain Integrator Director in Marietta, Georgia

Director, AMMM Program Supply Chain Integrator reporting to Vice President of Supply Chain Management and onsite support of the AMMM Program Vice President. Responsible for acquisition and management of all material required to support Marietta programs. Establish and execute acquisition strategies to support program plans while maintaining procurement system integrity. Manage cost, quality, schedule and technical performance of total supply base throughout development, production and sustainment program life cycles. Integrate activity across supply chain team and procurement teams responsible for major and non-major systems subcontracts and parts covering multiple aircraft production configurations, product development, and sustainment efforts with international and domestic suppliers. Increase efficiency and effectiveness and meet organizational metrics that support program goals and objectives. Manage material cost account managers (CAMs) and labor budget for major allocation. $1.5B annual procurement responsibilities and over $3.0B of open subcontract commitments for development, production and sustainment on AMMM. Provide full spectrum leadership in developing a high performing Supply Chain Management team.

Manage personnel staffing, resource definition and training. Develop and mentor subordinates. Promote diversity and maintain high standards of ethics and integrity. Ensure safety and a healthy work environment.

Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years relevant industry experience. • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to drive results, build effective relationships, energize the team, shape the future, and model personal excellence, integrity and accountability. • Top industry prime negotiation experience and customer interface. • Development, production and sustainment operations knowledge. • Demonstrated capability for program capture, material strategy development, and development phase for supplier designed products. • Background in developing and implementing affordability improvement initiatives.

Desired skills • Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field. • Master's degree preferred. • 10 - 15 years procurement leadership experience. • Factory flow and material flow experience. • Experience in and execution of earned value management. • Strong program/project management skills. • Demonstrated business acumen. • Extensive knowledge of FAR based procurement systems and processes • Strong experience with international suppliers. • Diverse aircraft platform experience. • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to deliver impactful oral presentations. • Strong organizational skills to handle many overlapping projects simultaneously.
