Lockheed Martin Security Manager in Marietta, Georgia
Provide security leadership for the Security Administration team for numerous Marietta-based programs. Directly responsible for ensuring industrial security standards are adhered to for numerous programs and facilities. Manage a team of security professionals supporting industrial security requirements associated with LM Aero – Marietta programs. Establish and maintain exceptional customer relationships. Major duties include oversight of the National Industrial Security Program to include the following disciplines: classified contract administration; classified material controls; international security; visits; personnel security; security education and training; badge and identification; locksmith operations and other general security administrative support. Assist in the development and administration of security programs for classified and controlled unclassified information. Interface with Program Security, Facility Protection and Investigations to complete tasks. Work effectively with program management, teammates and government customers. Interface with other LM Aero Sites to ensure consistency of Security Administration processes and functions. Formulate security policy and procedures. Address and solve security problems with all levels of employees and customer representatives. Prepare budget input and manage procurement of services and equipment. Daily hands-on management of administrative processes supporting DoD collateral contracts to ensure support of organizational goals and objectives. Personnel Management: Oversee daily operational management and supervision of the administrative staff. Responsible for staffing actions, performance management, counseling and standard LM personnel actions. Perform other duties as prescribed by senior management.

Basic Qualifications •Prior leadership or lead experience
•Ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations
•Well versed in the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) with extensive understanding of policies and procedures
•Experience conducting Security Compliance Reviews
Desired skills Bachelor's Degree
•Self-driven and results-oriented capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently
•Must be able to effectively communicate with leadership, program personnel and customers
•ITAR/Export Control experience
•Knowledge of Special Access Program (SAP) security
•Previous experience with classified manufacturing, classified testing and product support
•Proficient with the DoD tools/systems (Examples include: oDoD: JPAS, ISFD)
