Will supervise site quality inspectors and technicians in electrical/electronic fabrication and assembly areas, Mechanical assembly, and PWB fabrication areas. This role includes personnel development and performance management. Work force planning and management of personnel and resources to ensure program support within budget and schedule.

Responsible for supervision of approximately 18 inspectors including work assignments, performance appraisals, recruitment and training. Will be responsible to engage with production programs as Product Quality Engineer providing support in resolving production issues affecting product quality.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a technical field Excellent communication skills AS9100 knowledge Use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good understanding of manufacturing, inspection and quality engineering processes. Experience with use of Statistical Process Control in a production environment Knowledge of advanced manufacturing techniques, processes and materials i.e.; additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping, lean manufacturing

Desired skills DoD contract experience Lean/Six Sigma black (or green) belt Knowledge of IPC 610/620 and J-STD-001 standards Experience interfacing with Government Customer Representatives Experience with implementation of advanced manufacturing techniques i.e.; additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping, lean manufacturing, Data Analytics and Computer Aided Inspection.
