Lockheed Martin is looking for a residential HVAC Program Associate in Merrillville, Indiana. The candidate will act as a subject matter expert in support of utility HVAC programs in the following capacity: • Work in a collaborative manner with program supervisor to ensure program meets all contractual obligations at a high level of customer satisfaction • Field wide-ranging questions from contractors related to program policies, equipment eligibility for incentives, application process, and energy savings calculation methodologies • Work with program supervisor to investigate and resolve contractor questions • Work with state agencies and industry actors to ensure compliance of standards and collaborate beneficial to all parties • Manage the implementation of program applications and required software/data needed for accurate performance reporting • Track and report partner projects in a timely manner • Identify areas of improvement where the program can make participation easier for contractors and customers. • Identify and escalate program/partner issues in a timely manner to the appropriate level of management • Deliver presentations designed to increase customer awareness of program, support industry functions • Work in coordination with inspection teams to ensure program compliance by participating contractors and ensure savings and reporting integrity • Act as liaison between Lockheed Martin, the utility client, industry actors, and contractor community to effectively implement home audit programs
Basic Qualifications • Strong written and verbal communication • Affinity for data and the ability to combine data and business intelligence to drive effective decisions • Ability to work effectively across multiple functions • Ability to train, develop, and engage team members • Ability to establish and manage effective program metrics • Experience working with energy efficiency rebate and incentive programs • Windows-based software experience, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint • Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
