Lockheed Martin Regional Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Derco Aerospace, Inc., an industry-leading aerospace distributor of spares, components, and services, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Customer Service Manager who is looking for a challenging work environment. Selected individual will be responsible for managing all spares and repair transactions for the integration efforts of MSS offerings throughout the Lockheed Martin enterprise. The position will involve domestic travel and require relocation to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Specific responsibilities include management of all requirements that are referred to Derco from Lockheed Martin. This includes, quoting, expediting, order fulfillment, contract review, customer reporting and coordination of all customer RFQ’s and Orders for all Lockheed Martin entities, as well as to external customers directly.
Manage the Account Management team responsible for processing the daily spares and repair requirements including but not limited to, mentoring, training, overseeing quote/order fulfillment process, ensure all customer requirements are met and conduct performance reviews.
Collaborate within LOBs (Lines of Business), other Lockheed Martin Business Areas, and LM Site Leads to ensure all transactional spares and repair opportunities are processed in accordance with customer’s requirements.
Participate in Program Review meetings with Leadership members throughout the enterprise to ensure sales targets and actions are tracking towards desired results.
