Lockheed Martin Mult Func EH&S Sr Mgr in Moorestown, New Jersey

Position will include enterprise responsibilities for the leadership, direction, and integration of the ESH functions and programs throughout the MST business area to include compliance, risk management, business life cycles, social / environmental sustainment and legal, corporate and business requirements both within the US and Internationally.

Position will manage a team of ESH professionals across a large geographical footprint and will have the responsibility to manage, train, communicate and execute all ESH business objectives such as Target Zero, Go Green, audits, assessments, training, remediation, permits, and compliance.

Position will manage ESH efforts associated with new business strategies, pursuits and deliverables. In addition, responsibilities of this position will include association and interaction with all MST LOBs, programs and operations to ensure ESH considerations are included with all service deliveries and with the development, manufacturing and sustainment of all new and existing products.

Other responsibilities include; representing MST as the key ESH interface and primary POC to Corporate EESH and maintaining excellent working relations with MST management, program and functions, Facilities management team as well as other LM ESH leadership and peers. Developing, maintaining and fostering strong professional relationships with all applicable government authorities (NFPA, OSHA, ETA, etc), Non-governmental organizations (NGOs, Local officials, etc) and other ESH stakeholders.

Perform other duties as assigned and the ability to travel both within and outside the United States, supporting Environmental Assessments, Real Estate Lease Negotiations, Merger and Acquisition Due Diligence, Peer Audits, Site Visits, Audits, Investigations, etc. Please identify "basic qualifications" and "desired" skills for this position. Basic Qualifications •Experience with compliance programs for: EPA, OSHA, DOT, NFPA, and FAA, as well as state and local entities •Experience and knowledge of Environmental risks including Remediation and property evaluations •Experience with air, water and waste permitting process •Proven and excelling leadership skills •Proven environmental, safety and health background with excelling operations skills •Proven and excelling project engineering and program management skills •Proven and excelling communication and negotiation skills •Proven and excelling cost control and budgeting skills

Desired skills •Experience with Domestic and International compliance programs •Demonstrated ability to manage ESH operations across a domestic and international enterprise •Experience implementing and managing ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and OSHA VPP programs •Demonstrated ability and willingness to accept responsibility and accountability •Driven to perform at 100% excellence in customer service and support •LM21 Certified Black Belt •BS and/or MS degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, Environmental, Safety or Health Management; or the equivalent experience and leadership of managing these operations for a minimum of 7yrs.
