Lockheed Martin Program Planner in Moorestown, New Jersey
Provide planning/scheduling leadership for the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) construction contract, valued at $700M. Responsibilities include working with the LCS Program Office and CAMS to implement performance baseline, PM COMPASS statusing, support monthly processes, implement BCRs in accordance with PPMP guidelines/principles. Candidate will be responsible to conduct OPP integration with our shipyard subcontractor and provide supplier direction. Candidate will be responsible to compile and report Monthly Schedule Analysis of Critical Path, SRAs, and 14 Point Assessment to LCS Program management. Candidate will be responsible to interface with USN customer representatives.
Basic Qualifications - Experience in team coordination in an Program Management/Integrated Product Team environment. - Ability to extract data and build pivot tables - Previous experience with: Open Plan/Primavera/Microsoft project, Critical Path Methodology, IMP/IMS Development and Earned Value Management. - Proficient in MS Office
Desired skills - Shipbuilding Experience or Shipyard Repair Experience; can be either Naval or Commercial Shipbuilding or Ship Repair Experience - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Excellent team player.
