The Training and Simulation Support (TSS) Market Segment Chief Engineer is seeking a Lead Architect to support multiple training programs. The selected candidate will: - Act in a strategic role to update, maintain and create system architectures to support the TLS Training Product Line approach - Review and approve architectural designs - Communicate the Architecture strategy and direction to management, internal technical teams and other external teams. - Direct implementation of the architecture across multiple training programs
Basic Qualifications - Technical background with direct experience in Aircraft systems stimulation - Demonstrated experience in complex system architecture, analysis and design - Comprehensive knowledge of, hardware, software, and systems engineering principles - Strong oral and written communications skills. - Demonstrated interpersonal, team-building skills, strong work ethic and self-motivation. - Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and enhance skills.
Desired skills Advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
