Integrate courseware for the Operation and Maintenance of CASS/eCASS/ LM-SATR Core, RF and CNI configurations. Integrate courseware for the Operation and Maintenance of LMSTAR Digital, RF and EO configurations. Provide Technical Support to CASS/eCASS/LM-STAR Operation and Maintenance (O&M) for the RF and CNI configurations. Support to be provided on-site and/or by phone, includes but is not limited to: use and implementation of the CASS/LM-STAR/eCASS system, engineering analysis and evaluation of test case, tradeoff analysis, desk top support of CASS/eCASS/LM-STAR software tools. Provide Technical Support to LMSTAR Operation and Maintenance (O&M) for the LMSTAR Digital, RF and EO configurations. Support to be provided on-site and/or by phone, includes but is not limited to: use and implementation of the CASS system, engineering analysis and evaluation of test case, tradeoff analysis, desk top support of LMSTAR software tools. Teach technical courses to experienced ATE O&M personnel and TPS Engineers. Teach operation and maintenance course to experienced hardware engineers and technicians. Teach familiarization course to a wide variety of customer personnel. Develop and update software. Setup and maintain computer systems and other equipment used in training courses. Travel up to 50% of the time (normal trip is 30 day duration).
Basic Qualifications Thorough knowledge of both analog and digital testing concepts Experience with basic electronics measurement equipment (DVM,Signal Synthesizers, Frequency counters,Digitizers etc.) Experience with RF measurement equipment (Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Network Analyzers) Experience on operation and maintenance of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) on government programs. Experience on the operation and maintenance of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) using Radio Frequency (RF) measurement equipment. Thorough knowledge of analog, digital and RF testing ATE repair procedures. Thorough knowledge of analog, digital and RF testing ATE calibration process and procedures. Good verbal presentation, technical writing, and customer skills Experience as a technical instructor and / or customer support. Physical ability and willingness to pack, unpack, carry, and setup computers and laboratory equipment Experience developing technical documentation using MSOffice and Adobe tools Experience with VAX/VMS computer systems using DCL, EDT & EVE Experience developing and conducting functional test verification of electronic measurement equipment on an ATE environment
Desired skills BS Degree in Engineering or a minimum of 4 yrs ATE O&M Field Engineering experience Experience in code development with ATLAS 416 or ATLAS 716 test language Experience debugging and troubleshooting of Teradyne’s L-Series Tester with VX2 or VX3 software Experience operating and maintaining an AN/USM636A CASS Test System. Experience using CASS DICONS (2.0, 2.1, 3.0) on an ATE/TPS environment Experience operating and maintaining an RT-CASS Test System. Experience operating and maintaining an LM-STAR Test System. Thorough knowledge of various communications protocols (RS232,RS422,MIL-STD-1553,IEEE-488) Experience with Labwindows\CVI and Test Stand test programs
