Lockheed Martin Reliability Engineer Senior Staff / Reliability Predictions / FRACAS / FMECA in Orlando, Florida
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Reliability Technical Lead for a Major Critical Supplier to execute and monitor RAM-T program, to include flow-down and compliance of RAM-T requirements, RAM-T allocations, predictions, modeling, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMECA), Failure Reporting and Corrective Action Systems (FRACAS) and support Failure Review Boards (FRBs) for all supplier hardware and software. Duties include:
Monitor suppliers' development and implementation of FRACAS for the system anomalies.
Conduct analysis and review of data from supplier test failures to ensure appropriate correction action facilitate reliability growth.
Prepare and present at design and program reviews.
Generate and maintain Reliability Growth Curves.
Support all supplier’s lab and field testing to include ESS, DVT.
Analyze proposed changes in design or processes to improve system and/or process reliability.
Required to travel to supplier’s location at least monthly.
Active Secret security clearance with 5-year background check
Experience with specialty engineering tasks:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting technical findings and solutions to peers, customers, and management
Strong computer skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Windchill quality solutions
Bachelor of Science in Engineering
Strong electrical background with a good mechanical understanding
General understanding of circuit design and schematics
Self-starter capable of performing assigned tasks with very little or no direction; interacts well with others
Analytical thinker with a demonstrated ability of solving complex problems which require ingenuity and innovation
Experience working in a matrix organization; ability to work with cross functional teams
