Lockheed Martin Supoprt and Lab Manager / Hardware in the loop / Orlando, Florida in Orlando, Florida

This individual will be a member of the HWIL (Hardware in the loop) team designing, producing, integrating and testing vehicle hardware, connections, test and analysis equipment and stimulation equipment into the HWIL facility.

-Will support integration team in debugging hardware, connectors, timing, and designs.

-Support system performance assessments and trade studies.

-Support subsystem test beds.

-Also manage and act as main POC for a large classified lab.

-Travel to customer facilities and Test Ranges is required

-Ability to possess a Special Access clearance is required

Basic Qualifications -Demonstrated Integration and Test experience in the full system development lifecycle.

-Demonstrated skill generating high-quality test plans, procedures and requirements.

-Formal field testing experience on complex programs.

Current Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years AND the ability to obtain special access

Desired skills -Prior experience as a integrator for programs with aggressive schedules in a dynamic customer environment.

-Prior experience presenting at Senior Management and Customer technical/readiness reviews (Mission Success, TRR, FRR)

-Engineer with solid communication, technical and teamwork skills.

-Experience with hardware/software integration in both lab and field environment

-Demonstrated experience with working with or executing formal test events on Test Ranges

-Prior demonstrated experience as the main lab POC on a complex technical program
