• Integration and Test lead with technical leadership experience in all phases of the Large IT systems life cycle including: requirements analysis, design, development, integration, test, qualification, deployment, and operational support. • Specific experience with Hardware/software integration, test procedure development and execution, requirements verification, system validation • Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative environment • Experience with COTS equipment and system integration • Familiar with DOORS and have model based engineering experience
Basic Qualifications • Solid understanding of systems engineering process throughout the phases of a program lifecycle from requirements analysis, design, development, integration, test, qualification, deployment, and operational support. • Well versed in Time Phased Engineering Checklists • Familiarity with developing and utilizing program and performance metrics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate a clear vision to the systems engineering team, partner with peers across functions, and concisely explain complex subjects to executive stakeholders. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to coordinate a diverse and distributed team. • Dedication to RMS cultural imperatives: Relationships Matter, One Team, Be Bold, Embrace Change, and All In. • Strong team development and leadership skills. Ability to develop a team solution and obtain management support for that solution.
Desired skills • Experience with COTS equipment and system integration • 4th/5th Generation Fighter or other Military Mission Systems/Avionics experience (radar, EO/IR sensors, weapons, EW) • Aviation of Flight Simulation experience
