Job Description: Typical responsibilities include: • Developing and writing test plans and conducting traceability analyses • Integration and test of Avionics and Mission Systems capabilities and functions in a laboratory, ground control station, flying test bed, and flight test environment • Conducting regression testing, formal qualification testing and delivery • Assisting in the development of test requirements and procedures, execute integration and test activities in a lab environment, evaluating mission systems functionality in a flying test bed, and supporting mission systems flight test evaluation • Other duties as assigned Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must have a Top Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or a related engineering or science discipline OR equivalent experience performing systems integration and test Demonstrated experience with scripting languages such as Python or related languages Demonstrated experience with systems integration and testing Demonstrated experience with avionics and/or mission systems Demonstrated experience with test procedure development

Desired skills Demonstrated experience with requirements development Demonstrated experience with systems integration laboratory skills Demonstrated flight test experience Demonstrated experience with developing code for aerodynamic systems or small UAVs/UASs Demonstrated integration and test experience with a modern software intensive mission systems architecture Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics Must demonstrate strong decision making and judgement Must demonstrate oral and written communication skills Must demonstrate basic financial and business acumen Demonstrated experience using standard office software tools/ solutions e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Demonstrated experience delivering results for the business in partnership with program managers and other functional disciplines/organizations as needed Demonstrated experience leading teams, setting the direction, and partnering with relevant orgs to achieve the intended results Ability to travel Willingness to work in alternative locations
