Skunk Works Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Programs

This position is for a member of the Systems Engineering team with the historic Skunk Works, providing support across the entire product line including both new and existing programs. The candidate will be part of a fast paced, dynamic environment exploring state of the art technical solutions.

Provide systems engineering support, to include but not limited to requirements tracking, risk management and architecture development across multiple projects within ADP. A qualified candidate will be able to understand the scope of the program and work across IPTs to ensure all aspects of the project are covered with appropriate requirements. Understanding of industry-standard requirement formulation, decomposition, flow-down, traceability, and metrics. The ability to work with functional experts and generate verification and validation plans for requirement is a must. Candidate will interface with internal and external customers to assure project direction and completion.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Must have a Current / Active SECRET Clearance along with the additional ability to obtain a TOP SECRET Clearance.

Basic Qualifications • Bachelor Degree or Above in a Technical Discipline • Experience with Systems Engineering process • Experience developing a System Architecture

Must have a Secret Clearance with a Background investigation within the last five years to start

Desired skills • Ability to work with different engineering disciplines to derive and decompose requirements • Experience with Requirements generation and decomposition • Experience with tracking Requirements using software tools (such as DOORS, Excel and others) • Good written and verbal communication with experience in writing requirements • Work experience with operational modeling tools • Previous integration and test experience • Experience with using the DOORS database tool • Familiarity with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
