Lockheed Martin Corporate 401(k) Administrator in Rockville, Maryland
Perform tasks related to the administration of the Corporation's Defined Contribution Retirement Savings Plans, Reconcile and process weekly data files to Plan Administrator. Work with payroll and Plan Administrator to resolve employees issues. Prepare reconciliations for Accounting, Finance, Plan Auditors and Gov't Agencies. Prepare communications materials for participants including legally required notices.
Basic Qualifications Must have experience working with complex large employer defined contribution retirement plans performing complex tasks such as preparing participant communications in accordance with IRS/DOL regulations, reconciling and preparing weekly contributions files and funding. Preparing reconciliations for Corporate Accounting, gov't Agencies, internal and external auditors. Very strong written communications skills, basic knowledge of accounting. Technically proficient in use of Microsoft Office.
