This position is for Program Manager/Senior System Engineer. Candidate should be disciplined, self-starter, professional who can successfully bring projects to closure with minimum direction, guidance and oversight.
Minimum security clearance needed: Secret with the ability to obtain Secret.
Job Location: San Diego, CA
This position is contingent upon contract award and is subject to change. Anticipated award date is July/Aug 2017.
Basic Qualifications - Candidate should have at least one year of operational experience with tethered air vehicles and aero-engineering. -Candidate should have experience managing teams and projects -Candidate should have field experience -Candidate should have system engineering and project engineering experience
Desired skills - Candidate should have minimum of 12 years of professional experience and a Master’s degree in a business or science/technical field from an accredited college or university or 16 years of professional experience and a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a business or science/technical field.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
