Manages and leads San Diego C4ISR Engineering Support services team supporting everything from installation, checkout, field engineering, integration, testing, technicians, and operations and sustainment (O&S) within the LM RMS Services San Diego operations organization. Selected Full Spectrum Leadership candidate will report directly to RMS Services San Diego Operations Senior Manager. The successful candidate will manage the day to day operations of the C4ISR Engineering Support Services team. Leadership duties will include selection and hiring of staff, performance evaluations, promotions, job actions, career planning and training, award nominations, mentoring, and merit distribution for the C4ISR Engineering Support Services team. Selected candidate will be expected to travel with the team as required in support of C4ISR field engineering integration, testing, installation and checkout tasks.

Concurrently, the successful Full Spectrum Leadership candidate will participate in RMS Services new business development and growth activities including staffing planning, strategic planning, budgeting, project estimation, captures, and proposals.

Basic Qualifications - Demonstration of leadership skills - Must have proven team leadership experience - Demonstrated ability to rapidly identify, recruit, staff, and train personnel required to tactically/strategically to drive program success. - Strong ability to interact with small businesses and industry partners. - Proposal development and proposal writing experience - Field Engineering, integration, installation, and checkout experience - Capable to travel extensively with team to support various C4ISR Engineering installation and checkout projects. - Demonstrated experience with the PPMP process, including as a Control Account Manager (CAM) or oversight of CAMs. - Experience with excel formulas and plotting data

Desired skills - Proposal development and writing experience with IDIQ contracts and tasks order proposals. - Demonstration of FSL Leadership skills - Understanding of shipboard systems, C4ISR Systems, installs, site activation, field engineering, and operations and sustainment engineering. - Understanding of SPAWAR Enterprise, SPAWAR SSC PAC, and C4I systems, products, and services. - Prior leadership and people management, to include employee recruitment/retention, selection & training, performance assessment, work assignment, salary, recognition/disciplinary actions, & career development - Excellent communication to all levels of the organization including external customers and LM Executives - Ability to collaborate with and integrate multi-functional teams - Solid & demonstrated communications skills verbal and written - Self Starter & the ability to multitask
