Lockheed Martin Manufacturing Support Team Member Associate in Silverdale, Washington
The successful candidate will train in the duties and responsibilities of a Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Re-entry Systems Planner Group. With instruction, you will learn to develop long, short range production plans and schedules. Responsibilities may include collection and analysis of data, creation and manipulation of spreadsheets, review and action on shipping directives, evaluation and implementation of high-level requirements, and other performance matrices. Data sets include production, maintenance, and movement records for re-entry vehicles and support equipment. The candidate will learn to perform production span analysis, refine workload indicators, participate in "what-if" studies, and support contract proposal efforts. To accomplish these tasks, the candidate will use Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office 2010. The candidate may be expected to qualify as a Processing Supervisor. The position is located at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) in Silverdale, Washington.
Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology or other related/applicable discipline. Good verbal and written communication skills. Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Ability to work in a team environment. Be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. Must meet and maintain membership eligibility in the Personal Reliability Program and Radiological Controls Programs (PRP and RADCON) Position requires flexibility in work scheduled to cover operations over odd or extended work shifts. Strong aptitude for and demonstrated skill in planning, scheduling, or project management.
Desired skills Expanded computer skills in Microsoft Project and Excel (Pivot Table and Macros). Strong interpersonal skills. Be well organized and detail oriented. Possess strong analytical skills.
