Sikorsky’s PP&C manager for VH-92A will be responsible for the overall development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule and the management of the planning and analysis function throughout the execution of the program. The selected candidate will implement Sikorsky Enterprise Program Management and Industry best practices to optimize customer satisfaction and program profitability.

Responsibilities: Manage the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and the the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Ensure the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) is networked in order to perform Critical Path analysis and reconciliation. Assist in Detailed Work Planning. Utilize Earned Value Management toolset, Critical Path analysis and overall financial management. Collaborate with the program management team to plan, create, monitor and analyze resource loaded network schedules for program management performance and schedule related metrics. Manage the monthly requirements to support the business rhythm and the contractual requirements. Ensure a robust, healthy and compliant schedule. Ensure that all Program Management best practices and policies as communicated by the EPM organization are utilized in an effective and appropriate manner on the Program. Ensure deployment of program management tools, processes and standard work to facilitate effective program planning and execution. Prepare internal and external presentations. Ensure compliance with ITC regulations.

Basic Qualifications BA/BS degree w/ 7-10+ years of relevant industry and/or functional experience with increasing levels of responsibility (required).

MA/MS degree w/ 7+ years of relevant industry and/or functional experience with increasing levels of responsibility including experience in business management, finance, program, engineering and/or program management.

Desired skills Selected candidate will be an energetic, organized, and process oriented results driven leader with excellent written and presentation communication skills. The candidate must be a self-starter, able to complete tasks with little supervision, and must be able to shift priorities on a short notice and remain focused on task execution. Candidate will have demonstrated success in utilizing Earned Value (EV) Management, developing and managing integrated master schedules, and performing critical path and financial analysis.

Expert skills in MS Office and Primavera P6. Experience with wInsight preferred
