This position will require an IAT2 minimum CSWF qualification and a definitive understanding of the DIACAP certification and accreditation and RMF assessment and authorization processes and packages. Specifically, this position will need to be able to: a. Provide Cybersecurity analysis, engineering, and Certification & Accreditation (C&A) and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) support in accordance with DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) or Platform Information Technology (PIT) methodologies. b. Conduct technical security tests and evaluations of Department's classified and unclassified networks and/or systems to determine compliance with appropriate information assurance (IA) or cyber security controls and risk mitigation strategy. c. Provide detailed risk mitigation recommendations; conduct risk and vulnerability assessments of IT systems; conduct appropriate network scans utilizing ACAS and coordinate/patching as required to gain/maintain accreditation. d. Prepare certification and accreditation/assessment and authorization documentation packages in accordance with (DIACAP), (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) or Platform Information Technology (PIT) methodologies e. Support local infrastructure/lab cyber security analysis in support of certification and accreditation.

This position requires at minimum a Final Secret clearance to be considered.

Basic Qualifications Ability to obtain IAT2 level with current certifications in Security+CE and a minimum of one OSwithin 6 months of start Prior experience and familiarity with cybersecurity analysis, including experience conducting scans and STIGS, use of ACAS and HBSS.

Prior experience with and a definitive understanding of development of Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) packages IAW DOD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), National Institute of Standards and Technology Risk Management Framework (RMF), or Platform Information Technology (PIT) methodologies. Familiarity with EMASS.

This position requires at a minimum a Final Secret Clearance.

Desired skills Navy Validator qualification is highly desirable.

This position is considered part of the Information Assurance Work Force and will require an SSBI investigation. Candidates should either have a current SSBI or the ability to complete such an investigation.
